I guess there isnt a distinct line and some cases are rather
ambigious but playing hard to get normally involve lots of teasing
to get the other party intrigued and just when he/she is about to
bite the bait pull it away. there's constant chasing and mind
games, signals are ambigious but enough to keep the other party
interested. it's like pulling strings to lure a prey into ur den,
confused and mesmerised, it ends up as ur captive prey without even
being aware of it.
